Final Sale Policy for Collectibles
All collectibles are final sale. Due to the unique and limited nature of these items, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that issues may occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund, subject to the following conditions:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Damage is limited to exterior damage of the item. Minor imperfections due to the varying texture and styles of the wood cannot be exchanged due to the limited nature of the materials used.
Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and item to support your claim.
If a replacement is not available due to limited stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for minor imperfections typical of handmade or vintage collectibles.
Refunds will not be provided for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are not possible due to the final sale policy.
